My name is Erin Bellinghausen. I created Erin Marie Studios in 1993 (formerly Erin & Company) as a night-owl freelancer. Clients were referred to me by printers I worked with (I was an Art Director/Print Buyer for an auto broker in Los Angeles). Because I had a reputation for producing problem-free printer files, most of the work I was given was fix-it-fast projects: correct image formats, correct bleeds, correct trim size and adjust graphics for projects that were on the verge of missing press time. My willingness to jump in and resolve these "panic projects" were rewarded with projects to design from scratch: brochures, sales sheets, hang tags and more.

By 1998, my freelance graphic design business turned into a full time job. I have the pleasure of designing a multitude of publications and other marketing projects for retail, manufacturing and wholesale businesses. My specialty is learning about your company's unique identity and developing a consistent brand across all marketing pieces. My favorite projects are the magazine and catalog work due to the flexibility and dedication I have to provide creative, balanced, responsive and time-sensitive material.
